Connecting the existent Bosch/Syntegon 6-Lane TFA Aseptic Filling Machine (Yogurt Cup Forming, Filling, and Sealing Machine) at the client’s facility is the ÉLITER Packaging Machinery’s end-of-line that wraps cardboard sleeves around thermoformed EVOH yogurt cups and with kick-in locks in the bottom.
The new packaging line landed matches the outfeed speed of 120 packages per minute from the Syntegon FFS machine and provides flexible changeover tto cover 2 formats along the line. The shift time is only 10 minutes thanks to the similarity of packaging format as well as our recipe-based changeover solutions.
