ÉLITER Packaging Machinery offers training program to send people to your site to help your staff get necessary knowledge to work with and maintain the machines and thus to ensure the maximum performance and your workflow streamlined.

The training program includes:

• Presentation of the machine - Getting familiar with the system is the begining of everything.
• Plug-in, start-up, shutdown, plug-out ... the most basic practice with the operation of your machines day in and day out.
• Training with the size and format changeover.
• Maintenance introduction: spare parts, scheduled and preventive maintenance.
• Servie manual presentation.
• HMI presentation: all the functions your operation with the packaging machine engages

The training program will give all the necessary instructions to your employees regarding the operations and maintenance to performe their tasks with the packaging machines efficiently. After the training program, your employees will be able to:

• Operate the machine with all the necessary knowledge around the control panel, as well as tehnical and mechanical how-to.
• Carry out the adjustment, and format and size changeover on their own to let the machine work efficiently during each production shift.
• Carry out scheduled and preventive maintenance with the machine to extend its lifespan and performance during the mentioned term.
• Solve basic technical problem on their own without asking for the OEM's support or 3rd party technicians.
