The latest installation with a customer in the consumer packaged goods industry is our conventional model of intermittent motion, horizontal end-load cartoner, with rotary feeder, configured at a speed of 70 and 100 CPM.
The cartoning machine receives jelly cups in individual packaging, and inserts them into erected carton boxes, then completes the tuck-in at two ends.
The cartonerr is to be installed at the client’s facility to work with filling machines and sealing machines as their existing equipment.

The patented rotary feeder is more advanced in mechanical functions and designs compared with those simple carton pickers that merely goes up and down and erect carton blanks by squeezing them against lugs and overhead guides.
The section simulates the actions a person would do to erect a carton blank: dragging the blank to fold it primitively, folding it into cartons and placing it horizontally between the chains.
All of our conventional models of cartoners are now with tool-free carton hopper
The new carton hopper is of tool-free changeover features and the refitting in size is completed by only rotating the handwheel and with minor manual intervention to the hopper.
The changeover is supported by indications that it no longer relies only on experience but people without previous experience operating the cartoner can even do the changeover without any problem.
