ÉLITER Packaging Machinery Does Not Work with any Reseller in China to Distribute our Machines

From ÉLITER Packaging Machinery, we attach utmost importance to the consistency of our services and machinery throughout a project and during the machine’s lifecycle, as well as support both before-sales and after-sales.

We have noticed recently as being reminded by some clients that some Chinese suppliers and trading companies out there are presenting videos, pictures about our next-generation packaging machines, who may have plagiarized and copied them from the web or taken videos when we were displaying them on SWOP 2023.We would like to call your attention that ÉLITER Packaging Machinery DOES NOT work with any other companies in the Chinese market to resell our next-generation machines. Anyone or company in China who shows you related pictures and videos and claims to be the manufacturer of them is NOT REAL!

We attached importance to the communication with our clients for the purpose of the smooth progress of a project and to achieve metrics and targets, delivering a machine that matches client’s expectation and our value. For such reasons, we always prefer an efficient discussion between shareholders, either by direct contact with the client or through a professional regional partner.  For both the quality of our service and machines, we don’t work with Chinese trading companies or agent to distribute our machines.
