Commissioning & Integration

To ensure the smooth operation and proper set-up of our packaging machines, we recommend sending our technicians to your facility to help you with the installation, initial configuration and integration. During this stage, we will:

• Do the assembly of machines which are dismantled during the shipping, if any.
• Integrat our packaging machines and connect with your existing equipment and packaging machines.
• Carry out a manual loading test to check the status of our own machines.
• Help you stuff of operation and maintenance to get familiar with our packaging machines.

After the completion of assembly and primitive configuration, the machine will be going through the ramp-up stage working together with your existing equipment as a line. The ramp-up is to verify efficiently the settings, configutaions, recipes tested before shipping so that the machine is technically properly integrated. DUring this stage, it is essential that:

• Your existing equipment is set to working to feed our equipment with expected speed.
• Maintenance and operation personnel at your facility should be by our technician's side for support.
• Necessary information about your existing equipment shuold be disclosed (for a limited level).

The validation is the stage where the machines will be tested with previously agreed specifications and rates to verify whether they meet the expectations and requirements. The test simulates the actual status as if they are already in production with all the equipment along the line working together. The validation lasts from 24 to 72 hours to give a confident conclusion that the project has been delivered as a success. Make sure:

• All packages of materials required previously for different recipes are available.
• Your onsite technicians are available to work together with our technicians.
• Our technicians have access to make adjustment to the configurations of the equipment along the line.
